TJ Technologies recommends that a soil test be used as a basis for determining which fertilizer ingredients are needed for your soil. This or any other fertilizer is only a portion of the total farm practice needed to raise a good crop.

It is expressly understood that any advice given in the event of a consultation request is for information purposes only and the buyer assumes full responsibility for the application of the information.

TJ Technologies warrants that the fertilizer or other products sold by it conform to the descriptions on the label within tolerances established by law. This express warranty excludes and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which are hereby expressly disclaimed.

In any event, it is expressly agreed that liability of TJ Technologies to the buyer or other for any loss (whether such a loss results from breach of warranty, or contract, or from negligence) shall be limited solely to the amount of the purchase price of the fertilizer or other products. This remedy hereby provided shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the buyer and all other persons for any such loss. In not event shall TJ Technologies be liable for any consequential or incidental damages sustained by the buyer or any other person. TJ Technologies must receive notice by registered mail of any claim that the fertilizer is defective 10 days after the defect in the fertilizer becomes apparent.

By acceptance of the fertilizer or other products, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein set forth are conditions of the sale and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warrant or other liabilities and remedy therefore.
